Editorial policy

• Rankings use APY only. Ties go to the shorter term. No institution can pay to appear, move up or be removed.
• Sources. Rates come only from the institution's own website. Each page names its source URL and the time we last verified it.
• Paid content. If we ever show advertising, affiliate links or sponsored listings, they will be labeled as such and kept separate from rankings.
• Corrections. When we publish a wrong number, we fix it and record the correction publicly.
• No advice. We describe rates and their history. We do not tell readers what to buy or when.
